Seamless Booking process

  1. Initial Consultation
    Customers may call or WhatsApp Arteva to discuss their requirements, preferred destination, location, style, dress options, colors, dates, and other creative preferences.
  2. Recommendation & Planning
    Based on the customer’s inputs, Arteva will propose the most suitable package, destination, shooting spots, dress colors, and schedule options.
  3. Package Confirmation & Advance Payment
    Once the package details are discussed and mutually agreed upon, the customer must pay 50% of the total amount to confirm the booking.
  4. Final Payment Prior to Shoot
    The remaining 50% payment must be completed 1 day before the shoot to proceed further.
  5. Photographer Assignment & Coordination
    After receiving full payment, Arteva will connect the customer with the assigned photographer who will then coordinate the exact meeting time and location for the session.
  6. Image Delivery – RAW Files
    Within 48 hours after the shoot, the photographer will share the RAW images with the customer for review and selection.
  7. Final Edited Deliverables
    Based on the customer’s selections, the edited photos and videos will be delivered within 5 working days.

  1. Customer Cancellation / No-Show
    In the event of a cancellation by the customer or failure to show up on the shoot day, 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.
  2. Arteva Cancellation / Photographer No-Show
    If Arteva cancels the service or the photographer does not show up on the scheduled date, a 100% refund will be issued within 4 business days.
Note: Arteva will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative photographer or reschedule the shoot; however, this will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
